We must lead by example to bring positive change—and it takes just one action or idea to bring that change. We’ve created The Ripple Effect to inspire all of us to be that change and to celebrate those who continue to strive for more.

Recognizing our local heroes

Throughout the year, Rainwater, Holt & Sexton will honor local heroes who make a difference in our community every single day. These are people who are doing what they’re called to do…whether they’re teachers, law enforcement officers, pastors, or members of the armed forces, just to name a few.

These heroes are found faithfully doing their jobs and living a consistent and honest life. They help people, perhaps even when the rest of the crowd might say it’s time to give up—they don’t give up. They see what other people don’t see and they accomplish what other people can’t accomplish. And through all that, they’re able to connect with others on a personal level and help them rise above their problems. Now is the time for us to make a real difference in our lives and in our community.
